Re: Lost premium plants.

@RainRain27

Starting fresh means Starting from scratch,  if you had extra profiles any premium plants bought with cash would automatically be in the new profiles, any seedium or gemium plants would have to be acquired.

If you signed up to EA's email registration scheme you can get a unique code sent to your email address.

Otherwise you will have to contact EA HELP and ask them to restore your account BUT you will have to provide them with your old player id number, I hope you saved it.

    If you have an old device with pvz2 it might be on that, switch the WiFi off and check.

    Did you sign up to EA's email registration scheme?

    Your old account will be in EA's backup servers but they need the correct player id.

    The old device I used for my PVZ2 progress with the premium plants is already broken.

    If you signed up to EA's email registration scheme or kept a record of your player id number you could get EA HELP to restore your account but unfortunately you didn't.

    The only thing you can do is contact them by tapping HELP at the bottom of the page and making a missing content report and provide them with proof of purchase for any premium plants you bought.

    Sorry, but they work on the basis if you don't have the correct id number then they can't/won't recover your account.
