Soul Patch/Insta-Block?

I know that the Insta-Blocks have been removed from the game. However, I notice that they sometimes appear. The only cause of this I find is something about Soul Patch. Usually, a couple a turns in after playing Soul Patch, I will randomly get an Insta-Block. After that, the block meter gets all glitchy. Sometimes it will drain for no reason (even saying the words "Drained!" as in when a Shieldcrusher Viking hits you). This is very annoying, because even though you get a free Insta-Block, the block meter after that becomes completely unreliable. I'm sorry I don't have much information on the cause, but could you please fix this?
