Win Two Bonus Badges in the Bjorn to Run Badge Marathon

    How come I am not getting credit for. Canasta melding out. I play & play & play still cant get credit.

    @EA_Arrenai I activated the Jungle Gin, win 10 500 point matches. I've played 3 matches winning 2 and have not received credit. I went back to early access and classic pogo and they both show that it has been activated. But when I go to Jungle Gin, it doesn't show up under My Challenges. I've only got so long to get this done.

    Hey there, @JuniorS565rN. I'll be happy to look into this for you.

    Just to confirm, is the Lap 3 badge activated at the time you're melding out? Do you see the badge when you click on the B-shield on the right-hand side of the game?

    Hey, @_bossman_. As for yours, you mentioned it does not show up for you in-game. Let's try to track that down.

    One thing the both of you can try is to activate another Mix n' Match badge for the same game, which will 'deactivate' the marathon badge. From there, reactivate the marathon badge and try again.

    If you're still facing an issue with progress not counting, can both of you share your Pogo Compatibility Tool system information, including browser version and OS? From there, we can take a look at the next steps.

    @EA_Arrenai I activated another Jungle Gin Badge to clear it. Then reactivated it and now it shows up under My Challenges. Now, is there a way to get the two wins credited or am I sol?

    It's good to hear that it shows up now. 🙂 From here, you will be able to get credit on future wins.

    Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to give partial credit towards a badge challenge. Thanks for your understanding.
