Pvz gw2 link pack

I linked pvz heroes to my EA account that i use on garden warfare 2 but i never got the link pack containing cosmetics that i should have gotten when i did. I have waited for about 4 days and it is notbworking. Am i doing something wrong or is it limited time, what is going on please help.
