Re: solitaire blitz not working

Hey there, everyone. This post is being marked as a solution for visibility only. It is not yet resolved, but we do need some information from you.

If you are having trouble loading the game, please give it 50-60 seconds to fully open. If it is still failing to load, can you share some details with us?

To start, could you share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information? It helps with things like version numbers (for example: Microsoft Edge has two very different browser versions out right now), and some of your cookies settings. Additionally, if you can share how much system RAM you have, that would help a lot, as well.

To help out, here's some information on how to find your RAM on Windows:

  1. From the Start menu, type ram
  2. The option View RAM Info should appear and select that one
  3. Check the value next to Installed RAM under Device Specifications

The last question is what happens when you try to load the game. Does it get stuck at a percentage loading? Does it load but run too slow to play?

    My game freezes at the "start quest" button. I click on it and nothing happens. I have tried this on all browsers. I have 8.0 RAM.

    I cant get past the castoff button in solitaire blitz. when you click the castoff button like it tell you to it just sits there with all the card suits spinning in a circle but wont let you do anything else.then if you wait long enough, it times out

    Hi - I have tried on all browsers to no avail - I don't even get a percentage bar - have windows 10 with 4GB ram (3.83 available)

    The game downloads but is extremely slow.  I try to play it, but after a few minutes it just freezes up.  Please help!!!

    Hello Pogo Players!

    Wanted to reach out to confirm who may be running into issues with Solitaire Blitz running slowly or loading slowly. 

    If you are still running into this issue can you first try going through our HTML5 Troubleshooting and testing the game?
