If so, at this point, I would recommend reaching out to EA Help and one of our game advisors can work one on one with you on the next steps.

To contact EA Help:

  • Go to https://help.ea.com
  • Click "Contact Us"
  • Select Pogo from the game list
  • Select PC or Mac
  • Select Manage my account > Manage subscriptions
  • Click Select contact option

  • Getting help from EA is impossible.

    My Pogo subscription auto renewed for 45.19 instead of 39.99 USD.

    EA Chat (only option available when you select contact options) say that they aren't responsible for payments - this is their response:

    I would like to tell you that we do not manage price of games, so, we are unable to help you related to prices of the game.

    I'd like to know who can help and get my money difference back.  After 20 years as a member it's the first time I tried auto renewal, now I know why I never have before.

    There's no one who wants to help.

    Ridiculous.
