I missed the transfer window a few years ago when you could still log in with your screenname ☹️

To confirm, EA/Pogo updated the login process (as well as other backend-related stuff) a few years ago, which changed how you can access Pogo.
Years ago, it was possible to sign in using a Screenname and password, and you could also use a single email address for multiple Pogo accounts. with the change a few years back you can now only have one Pogo account tied to a single email at a time.
If you did not sign in during this time, and missing any migration window I would recommend reaching out to our support so they can have a look at your account and check what options might be available.

- @EA_Illium I'm not sure the support agents I'm talking to understand the issue, I've been asked by support to reset my password multiple times (that isn't the issue). I've had another agent tell "It is only to make sure everything is in good state on account. Also as you have linked new pogo account today only please wait for 48 hours to sync new settings and it would automatically get options to change account after server is ready."
It's been over 48 hours and there are no options to change account.
Trying to get to live chat itself is another issue, attempting to "resume case" doesn't always pop up the option to chat with an agent, and it occasionally makes me change the title to my case, uploading new images ends up with an error when I try to submit, the agents don't seem to look at them either. I've tried multiple browsers as well...
