SkimCity Buildit dollars

I really am getting frustrated by the locations of the sim dollars to buy/speed up upgraded. I have not intentionally ever bought or sped up projects. I have not wanted to spend any sim dollars and had over 200, now I am down to 41. Please set up a default question, 'are you sure you want to spend these sim dollars ?' I am not very happy about losing all these sim dollars, please re-imburse my sim dollars.
