[Request] How To Disable Child-inappropriate Ads

Hi, my 6 year old LOVES PVZ, PVZ2, and PVZ Heroes. We had to delete PVZ2 when we realized it was routinely showing him ads with content that is completely inappropriate for his age. Now I am seeing the same thing with PVZ Heroes. Is there any way to turn off the ads, even via a paid version? He has diagnosed conditions affecting his impulse control so unfortunately just telling him not to follow the steps in the game that lead to ads is not an option - it just leads to him trying to hide the screen from us when the ads are playing so we won’t take it away, because he can’t resist the desire to earn in-game currency/lives/whatever it’s offering. Please help, is there any way to make it so he can keep playing PVZ2 and/or PVZ Heroes without the exposure to ads? I’ve already gone through Apple support since we use Apple devices and they have informed me that there’s nothing they can do about the fact that adult ads show on even games that are rated ages 4+ or 9+ ☹️ thanks.

@Player_3e0263m5 Ads themselves are harder to control as development teams and publishers do not have a lot of hand in the ads. Those are controlled more by the ads marketing teams. I have tried to get changes made to ads, and the development team has let us know they have no way to change those specific ads.

In PvZ 2 though, there are a couple of options for Diabling 3rd party targeted ads, and the EA Targeted Marking option.

PvZ Heroes - this has the same options in the settings

Officially though, we have no way to disable ads in mobile games. You can do a search based on that device, as to how to disable them. For example, turn off the Wifi. I am sending the feedback over to the team though so they can take a look at making changes for future updates.
