I have found the solution to getting the achievement! I don't know how nobody knew this! If you go to http://www.trueachievements.com/a60765/sellout-achievement.htm?showguides=1 and have a look at x Z I P P Y x 2's solution it will tell you that all you need to do is add someone else that has the custom graphic on their skater! Sorry if I'm not allowed to post links but I think more people should know about this.

The problem is that the servers are not loading people's custom graphics. It's showing default/blank skaters with white tshirts! This will not unlock the trophy (PS3).
This game needs a patch, or make the servers run peer to peer.
