I bought this game a while back and I have been playing it for a while. I have seen that steam and origin support and sell the game now. I tried to register my game with steam and my code doesn't work. Is there a way I can get a new code from them by verifying the one I already have? Also why dont they answer their support contact thing? I was waiting for like 45 min and no one answered.

Have you tried to redeem your code in Origin client? As for Steam support, we can`t help you there, this is EA forum. Let us know how you are doing.
