Can't unlock twi'lek rebel figurine

Hello everyone' I've complited all the requirements to get the twi'lek rebel figurine in Star Wars Battlefront diorama (played Base Command a lot, have a three star rating in the first siege and many more stars), but it's just doesn't unlock. It's so frustrating. What can I do?
