     METHOD 1: Update Origin. Check the integrity of the game files.

     METHOD 2: Update your DirectX version. This should help. Follow this link to download update from the official Microsoft website. 

     METHOD 3: Update your graphics card drivers. Find out the name of your Video card and find the appropriate driver for it from the manufacturer's official website.

                    Method 2 is the best, 1 can still fix, and 3 is a last resort.
