Chest not registering as opened

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Chest in the Imperial Trench on Ilum isn’t registering as opened on my map so I can’t get the achievement.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I will attach pictures showing the problem. I opened the chest in the Imperial Trench on Ilum but my map didn’t register it.
What happens when the bug occurs? It says I still need to find the chest in this location.
What do you expect to see? That’s the chest has been opened. I’ve got the item that came out of the chest and I’ve opened every other chest in the game and gotten all the secrets but I can’t get the collector achievement until this chest registers as being opened.
