Missing Databank for Kashyyyk Flora and Fauna

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to scan the mushblooms in the Origin Tree area after defeating the nearby enemies.
What happens when the bug occurs? The databank won't unlock, but if you go back to the ship and look at the terrarium, the plant is shown to have been collected.
What do you expect to see? A way for the databank to be obtained or gained.

I have restarted the game, killed all of the enemies in the origin tree map, and meditated in the area multiple times thinking that maybe if BD could re-scan the mushblooms it might be able to fix it. My ultimate concern is if this will affect obtaining all of the things throughout the game.
