Game breaking glitch in Jedi Temple (can't continue)

Summarize your bug Whenever I'm at the last part of getting the Kyber Crystal ( where you need to go through the narrow part), at the end where is supposed to be a cutscene where you fall through ice, I fall through the map and die. It happens after I restart the game, restart my PC and even after a 2 hour reinstall.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Doing the mission and arriving at the part where the cutscene starts.
What happens when the bug occurs? I fall through the map, die, and need to start again and again.
What do you expect to see? Tha the glitch is fixed because I can't continue.
