Fix for downloads that keep stopping

Don't know if this is a widespread issue but I've tried downloading Battlefront II and it repeatedly stops the download, so I tried pausing the download and starting it again. This seemed to work until the download stopped shortly after. I've tried other potential solutions I found online but to no avail.

I found a solution myself by downloading the game while connected to a vpn. Not sure why this works but it does.
