Relter can't keep speed with no Y inverted flight control

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
Summarize your bug During the first taming of a relter as part of the quest to get to the Forest Array, I can't complete the glide section if I *dont* invert Y for flight controls.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Reach the first relter to be tamed in the "Reach the Forest Array" quest. 2. After taming the relter, go into the controls settings and turn off inverted Y for flight controls. 3. Use the relter and try to gain some altitude while gliding to the next section (the metal lattice you need to jump onto).
What happens when the bug occurs? I've not been able to reach the metal lattice with my Y flight axis not-inverted. Trying to gain altitude seems to slow the relter's speed so that it will not reach the metal lattice at a high enough level for me to jump onto it. I've died many times trying to glide and complete this section.
What do you expect to see? I'd expect to be able to reach the metal lattice reasonably easy for my first introduction to gliding, without falling well short of it multiple times.

I was able to complete this section fairly easily after going back into the settings and turning Y invert back on for flight controls; the relter didn't seem to lose much speed after climbing.
