I'm not sure why you would have been asked to contact us about this. This isn't an error message from EA. It's a Google Play Store error about card/payment issues.

It may be helpful for you & Google/Bank to first better understand the issue. Answering these questions would help with that:

1. What happens before you get that error message?
2. When you try to make a purchase, are you asked to first input a verification/security code before a charge is processed?
3. Do you play any other games on Google Play? Have you been able to make purchases in those titles?
4. What troubleshooting have you performed?

Then from there, your bank or Google Support, would be better able to look into the error for you.

In my experience, there can be many reasons behind the error messages, this Google Card/Payment error may be no different. For example, what worked here for this person may not work for you, but it's worth giving the workaround they used a try.
