Life Bar, Force Bar, and lightsaber not showing up during gameplay

Summarize your bug From the beginning of the game. I cannot see my life bar or force. They come up empty and grey. I cannot see the actual lightsaber. You can see a blue light reflection on his hand and floor but you cannot actually see his lightsaber. I thought after playing it for a bit it would go away but nope. When you first see the ninth sister you cannot see her red lightsaber either. I have stopped playing until this gets resolved. Also, the face features on Cal are completely wrong. He has some "red veins" at the top half of his face and some "scars" on his cheeks. And his hair looks like paper-mache. I have changed and modified just about every single graphic option but none have worked.

I have tried "repairing" the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Checked my graphics.
