Re: I cant play Battlefront 2 online, how can I fix error code 426?
I know this thread is a bit old: Has anyone sorted this out that hasn't been able to?
My situation is:
- Child account meets the age requirements (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/#agerequirements)
- The child account is a sub PS4 account
- My main account has PS Plus (and I'm sure this works because other games that require ps plus on root account are working fine with the child account)
- I've been through EA support twice (did all the resets, deletes, etc.) - nothing
Extremely frustrating having bought a product that doesn't work as intended. What makes this worse is there is no proper way to contact EA - agents just spit back general articles from their site (can't really do much else). I'm a pretty patient person and will try anything they ask to get it resolved - but seriously after going at this for more than 2 months - I can't think of anything else.
