Hey Jedi,
Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on Xbox One.I've gotten further clarification and to confirm the Deluxe items are only available for Xbox Series X|S and PS5. For more information check out our FAQ here.
SpoilerCan standard edition owners upgrade to the deluxe edition?
- Players who purchase the Standard Edition on disc or digital for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC can digitally upgrade to the Deluxe Edition on the same platform at any time.
- Deluxe Edition is not available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players who purchase the Standard Edition on disc or digital for PlayStation 4 will need to digitally upgrade to the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition before they can digitally upgrade to the PlayStation 5 Deluxe Edition. The digital upgrade for the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition will be available on September 17, 2024. Players who purchase the digital Standard Edition for Xbox One will need to digitally upgrade to the Xbox Series X|S Standard Edition on the same platform before they can digitally upgrade to the Xbox Series X|S Deluxe Edition. The digital upgrade for the digital Standard Edition of Xbox One to the Xbox Series X Standard Edition will be available starting on October 1, 2024 at 12am UTC. There is no Deluxe Edition upgrade path available for owners of the Xbox One disc version.
If you did pre-order a copy of Jedi Survivor you should be able to see the cosmetic items in-game. If you do not let us know.

- @EA_Illium So to clarify in the article it talks about upgrading to the xbox x/s version of the game on the same system.
That comes out in October.
By purchasing that will it allow me to play the deluxe edition on my xbox one with the it's content or does that only allow me to play the deluxe edition on the xbox x/s? So we need to buy the game again but for the next gen version to be able to have the deluxe stuff for the older console?

- EA_IlliumHi @LaunchPad61, To confirm the items that come with the Deluxe edition (the "New Hero" and "Galatic Hero" cosmetic packs) are only accessible on the PS5 or Xbox Series X.
If you purchased the deluxe edition and have duel entitlements, where you can play on an Xbox One or an Xbox Series X. You will need to play on the Series X to access those packs. As they are technically separate version of Jedi Survivor.
Playing on the Xbox One version will not have them. Thanks! Can you clarify about the pre-order Jedi Survivor items Xbox One version? Does the pre-order items only apply if I also buy Xbox X version? I don't own either the Xbox X version of the game or Xbox S/X generation console.

So then why is there a deluxe pack to buy on regular xbox and one for x/s if the regular one isnt usable it's on sale too so I just bought a useless pack sounds about right from this company
I did the exact same thing, I contacted Xbox to refund it and told them it’s basically a scam as we have to buy the newer gen game as well as the upgrade. Just gotta wait for Microsoft to refund me the money now
