I would like to say that they have helped at all, but I have been in an email chain with three different people that are obviously not reading what my issue is, and posting the same copy and paste response.
My friend has taken his account back, he signed in using his own Facebook on the android account is its working fine. My facebook account now seems to still be linked to his character. They are telling me to make a new character so they can port in my old account to the new one. I can’t make a new character because every time i delete the game and start again, the same character auto loads. I really need to speak to someone more in depth and it just seems like I am not getting any help.
