Hey @estonicci,

It sounds like this is more of an issue with your console, than an issue with the game itself. You mentioned already that all of the above-mentioned games seem to crash on your console and that it's not one specific game.

Do you have any Xbox Insider Preview, or something along those lines, firmware installed by any chance? Are you on that firmware branch?

    I've been having the same issue since launch. Even after the latest patch that was supposedly a fix to crashes. 

    Two separate consoles. Both XSX. One running Insider and one without Insider. The issues persists on both continuously. Crashing at any and all cutscenes, during combat, while exploring, etc.

    Hey @Bellarmine360,

    This topic doesn't seem to be about STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor™️ only, but more games. Are you experiencing the same issue with all the other above-mentioned games as well? If not, I would recommend creating a separate topic for this or making use of the AHQ search function to post a reply on an already existing topic.

    Respectfully @EA_Leeuw, @Bellarmine360 is trying to raise awareness on an issue that seems to have fallen through the cracks, that Jedi: Survivor is unplayable for some on XSX. We have both posted in other threads about this issue and have taken all the prescribed steps for a cure to no avail. So promoting threads with "can't play on XSX" is a way to keep this issue alive. 

    Personally, I have given up on this game. I check the forums weekly and give XP to posts hoping there will be a fix, but I have only played as much as 30 minutes to the second meditation point before the game crashes in some fashion. Typically I cannot even get to the Senator cutscenes if the game actually lets me play. Most times it fails after the logo splash screens. I have no other problems with any other games. @Bellarmine360 keep fighting the good fight.

    @EA_Leeuw All my other games work just fine it’s those 3 games that seem to crash at the beginning
