It's not fixed. Happened to me AGAIN, and i lost ALL my progress for my second time. I'm sick of playing these battle scenarios (did all of them on 3 stars twice), they re boring, but i like have everything done. How can i recover my progress?

Sadly as far as I know you can't recover progress. When it happened to me I had to redo all the missions to get the skin. As for the challenges I completed the locked ones and didn't bother to redo the ones I was already done with. Maybe you could switch from cloud save to local save and make a backup regularly in case it happens again.

Can't I recover last save or something like this? When i lost it first time i called ea and they told me I can do something like that, but I had already better progress than that i lost. Sadly, i can call them only monday-friday :/
