Collectors Edition items are not exclusive

The Jedi Survivor collector's edition replica lightsaber was advertised as limited and that there was only so many being made etc. on Limited Run and EA's website/emails but this is not true. 

Shop.Disney has released the Cal Kestis lighsaber on their store as well but it also comes with the light up blade, a stand and a hook. 

WTF? The one from EA including the deluxe edition of the game is $100 more than buying them separately and the Shop.Disney edition comes with so much more.

Also, the "premium" magnetic box isn't for display and is not premium at all, it's a cardboard box.

This edition was a waste of money, I tried to contact Limited Run but they are only distributors of the collectors edition and that I should contact EA, which I've been trying to do for two days! The help site is totally broken, I started case after case but they all end with "waiting on player" but there's nothing I can action so I had to come here. 

My set feels incomplete and the items that were advertised as exclusive features were either poor quality or not exclusive at all. I honestly feel ripped off at this point.

I hope someone at EA at least reads this because I don't believe they would action anything unless I came here/
