What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I'm prone to seizures from flashing lights, whenever I switch star cards it will most of the time flash just once, but other times it'll go into windowed mode and keep flashing non-stop really fast. I have to alt-tab and click back on the game to make it stop, and that has only worked 6 out of the 7 times this happened. That 7th time I had to force quit the process through task manager.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure on the main "collection" menu but I know while you're in a game it seems to happen every time I select a star card to switch to.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen starts flashing
What do you expect to see? Maybe a fix? I'm not sure how long that could take though.
