Hi @Gannon009 and thank you for the report.

The removal of the description in the ability of Sabine's "Darksaber Strike" is intended since Armor Shred is no longer unique to Sabine (Zaalbar can inflict it as well).

As for Armor Shred itself, it lowers Defense by 50%, except Raid Bosses, where it applies -25% Defense per Stack.
