Re: Lightsaber keeps swinging even though im blocking

I do what i always do.  I go in and press rt to swing my lightsaber, as theyre about to swing back at me, i go and press the LT button to block their attack.  when i do that, the character goes in and tries to attack again.  i think this might be a new mechanic that the devs applied when they updated the lightsaber stamina bar but im not too sure.  i dont have any recording equipment so im describing the best as i can on how to dupicate the same thing thats been happening to me.  as soon as i press the LT button to block, the hero does a simple two step swing and then block.  sometimes though, the lt button doesnt even block at all.  let me explain:  after pressing RT to attack and then pressing LT to block right afterwards, the hero would just pose in its relaxed state( no buttons being pressed).  i then would have to press the LT button a few times before the game would register that im trying to block.  I dont have the greatest internet, but im certain that this isnt caused by internet issues because ive always been able to play fine before.

    Not sure what you've been experiencing, but let me give you some examples that can reduce the possibilities:

    1st - Visually Disabled Block BUG: Sometimes when you block, the lightsaber doesn't go to the blocking animation, but you're effectively blocking. The way to fix this is to release the blocking button and then pressing it again (I never bothered to report this as it's just a visual glitch, it has no impact on gameplay);

    2nd - Disabled Block BUG: Sometimes you completely lose the ability to block. The causes to that are unknown, but chaotic encounters usually result on this. To fix this you must spend all your stamina (by continually pressing the block button, or by attacking), and after it's depleted your block is enabled again;

    3rd - Action Queue Delay: If you press the attack button more then once before completing the first swing, it'll queue the next attack to be done after the first one. The exact behavior here is unknown, but one thing many players have already experienced is trying to block or dodge after an attack and then immediately attack again after it because of the attack queue. It's normal to press the attack button twice, then press the dodge button, to see our character attack once then dodge then attack again.

    Your issue(s) may lie within these BUGs/Features, this is why recorded clips are great for us to discern.
