Re: SWTOR and Mumble
Log into mumble, disable any overlay's and try again. See if that helps.
Found this article about using swtor on Windows 10, may want to review and follow the steps which mention overlays'.

It's not just mumble but overlay in general has issues such as steam. I've read in other threads such as this:
http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=827258
That it only happened after upgrading to windows 10. One person stated the issue occurs in another MMO as well and wasn't just swtor having the issue.

This thread is about steam in generally it's overlay not working on Windows 10. Just doing a quick google search and you'll find threads for other games also where overlay in steam, mumble or other programs doesn't work properly, crashes the game or other issues and again for Windows 10. Some it doesn't have an issue but majority of people are having issues.
I'm not sure what the issue is but something with windows 10 itself apparently.
I also found this:

Apparently the next version states:
So it may be something that is wrong with the program, windows 10 and the game itself and may need to wait for the next version and see if that fixes it. In the meantime, I wasn't able to find a temporary solution other then disabling overlay.
