The wording is poor, the word retained is misleading in one case and supposed to be obtained in another.. all of which should also be followed with “by the seller”
I would agree this is a misleading on the part of ea.. 😕
Mine were acquired by the game and I’ve come to find out retained is meant to be obtained by seller.. 💁🏻♂️

@obitee The search function is there to reduce duplicate questions or bug reports. I don’t make the forum rules, nor do I enforce them - I’m just giving friendly advice so a mod doesn’t have to enforce the rules.
The Hyperdrive Bundle was explicitly clear - any shards OVER 145 are retained. And they are. So...What part of that is misleading?
They are not retained, they are obtained by the seller.. the exact opposite..
and I appreciate the heads up for the rules 👍
My 400+ shards for cassian are 0/85 now.. believe it or not, they go to ea..
it is the misleading language I’m talking about..
I did, they extra are “retained” by them.. this is why I asked that they change it to “retained by the seller” or more correctly “obtained” .. apparently not a glitch 💁🏻♂️👍
