I have just tested this and it doesn't happen on my end. Played a match of Instant Action just now, went back to selection screen just before I'd lose, we lost, then the game displayed the Defeat sign, and showed me the buttons to play again or go back to menu.
Does this still happen to you everytime you try? Maybe repairing/reinstalling the game might help in fixing it.
@RogueZeroRendar I did not return to the selection screen, but an AI eliminated me and when I was in the selection menu to re-enter, the game ended and the game was blocked. Playing the music, watching the background moving ... but without the possibility of being able to leave. However, it was also very coincidental ... I am also grateful that you answered me and tried to reproduce the problem 🙂
Has this happened again? If it's a one time issue, then we may ignore it as this type of things happen all the time for many different reasons. But if it's persistent, then it must be analyzed by devs.
I too didn't "come back" to selection screen in my test, an enemy AI player killed me and that made me go back to selection screen, then the match ended in a few seconds after that. And you can count on me and some others arouns here to playtest this kind of stuff. Always happy to help fellow players!
