Re: Subscription Issues - 2020 (non steam)

@Exyborg Sorry mate we all here are in the same seat, they took money from my card as well and I am still a preferred player I sent an email with the receipt and explained what happened. I did this on Saturday so soon 4 days ago but if they respond to my mail and explain I will make a new topic and write what they said.

    @ChefenMolin They won't even take my money. I've tried to purchase the subscription online, and I just get an error message. I feel like Phillip J. Fry. Shut up and take my money! It's a horrible tragedy that this is occurring during double-XP time ☹️

    @ChefenMolin and @MrRavensShadow I am in the exact same boat, sent multiple Emails and just opened a thread about the issue. I understand there being a slowdown but 10 days for in-game tickets that people having this issue can't even access is, at best, absurd.

    Is this just for users or does EA have a moderator reading this and sending our complaints forward.

    I too have sent emails to support.

    @jakewaite99 Damn dude! I thought I was getting done wrong by my subscription not updating. It's unbelievable to see the varying troubles that SW:TOR seems to be having.

    @kamey1970 I really hope a moderator or someone in a position of power is looking in on this. Hopefully, we aren't just blowing text into cyberspace.

    @proxos666 Seemed like you have been helping out most of these people with their issues. I hope things get back to normal quickly!

  • My issue appears to be resolved. I've been subbed for a while, but it did not renew on May 1st. I would visit the website, attempt to purchase a subscription with the card on file, and would be met with an error message. I just visited the website and attempted to purchase a subscription again. To my surprise it went through! I logged into the game and all my characters are accessible again. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm glad my situation is remedied.

    I hope all others are able to resolve their issues as well. May the Force be with you all! And thank you so much for the people who make this game such fun!

  • To mess with someone's money and not even acknowledge the mistake is possibly the worst thing a business can do.     Not even a "we are sorry, but do due to world circumstances, we have an incredible backlog we are trying to get through as quickly and as efficiently as possible.   Please accept our apology, your business is important to us."    

    It's basically f-you we will get to you when we get to you.

    Well, I'm not going to try to resub because they already took money from me once and I am not willing to risk it again I just hope I can get a response soon from their mail support. So I can get a refund and try again or they activate it somehow.
