- @N004Drake I have changed credit cards/ payment plans in the past even ended subscription and restarted subscription again and haven’t had any problems this is the first time I have had this issue. Previously it would take a couple of days then preferred status would become subscribed, this has now taken 2 payments and still showing as preferred.

It appears you may have a few swtor accounts, if you cant locate the one that made the purchase , give swtor cs a call say with skype if your phone plan doesn't include free calls to the UK
I looked into skype recently and they had a AUD $4.99 for unlimited calls for a month to the UK , however they also offered me the first month free if that helps.
For me in Sydney hours are 2 am to 11 am and they are 7 days if the weekend is easier
- @proxos666 Have 1 account on 1 email and 1 username that I have made payment on.

Account issues regarding money cannot be handled on the forum, you will need to call swtor cs so they can investigate this further, no transaction has been made on this account since September. so another account has to exist.
- @proxos666 Is there really no other way to contact cs? An email contact? I work split days so phone calls between 2am and 11am is difficult as I’m at work for most of that time.

if you cant locate the account that you are paying a subscription on, then phoning is the only option i am afraid
- @proxos666 Like I’ve said there is only one account. I realise this is only a forum and I thank you for your info. It just seems absurd that making a phone call, overseas call at that, when an email with screen shots can show more than a conversation. Is cs open 7 days or are they only Monday to Friday? I get 1 day off work just happens to be a Sunday. Has anyone also had any experience talking with Customer Service? Just want to know how long I’ll end up being the phone for.
- @KatoKruz other threads talking about subscribe not switching have all lead to CS and didnt return. So i would assume it got fixed.
- @N004Drake So I got an early finish off work this morning and managed catch CS about my predicament before they closed. 40 minutes calling Australia to UK On mobile, with no resolution wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. Getting escalated to their Accounts Department but can’t give me an eta on when they will get back or if it will get resolved.
I will update again when I get a response from them. - @KatoKruz I hear it but its the only way to make it happen. Tripple check your bank statement to make sure it went through and not refunded or something. Idk just thinking.
Make sure to get in touch with paypal as well! they may be able to refund you the money or dispute it or something.

EA / Swtor can and will ban ea/origin and swtor accounts for chargebacks, recommendation is to "always" request refunds through CS to avoid these account issues.
Quick google Example of this occurring at this link
- @proxos666 good catch sir!
- @N004Drake So no follow up from CS or Accounts or email confirming action taken, however, a couple of days later, I see 2 refunds of payments made on my PayPal account. Win!
Went and did subscription and again this time went through without a hitch.
