@AnakinVader34I'd genuinely like to know why people are even saying this. Some kind of trend that snowballed or...?

The only reason that comes to my mind is that Anakin doesn't have an instant stamina buff stamina card like other lightsaber heroes or maybe that he doesn't have the ability to escape or kite around opponents like Maul or Grievous.

I mean at this point Rey's stamina feels really bad too unless I use middle ability. The problem is just that once someone locks on to both Rey or Anakin, they won't get a break from their stamina getting all worn down, especially in HvH.

So I guess mostly people who play HvH and use stamina cards all the time would say something like this.
