Forgotten password and dead physical authenticator :(

I am a returning founder with a forgotten password.  However, I also have a dead physical authenticator tied to my founding account.  I have my purchase history, my serial number for my authenticator and a desire to throw money at SWTOR!  It would seem so simple to request a password reset if my authenticator worked. It would be simple if I recalled my password and just needed a one time security code.  But in the spirit of 2020, I too am making my life as difficult as possible by also having my account tied to an old Hotmail account!  I emailed swtor support and have had so far no response.  

Any suggestions or additional courses of action? Does phone support work? Some sacrifice I need to make?

  • Hey there! In this instance, emailing support (as you have done) is your best bet. Unfortunately, due to current world events and with phone support being closed, response times are averaging 10 days per this post. I hope your issue gets resolved soon!
