To fix the account for future purchase, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona lmlay2ob (not WolfiQQ your posting on now) that EA account uses a fascinate.emltmp.com email address (swtor account has a different email)

use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

How can i do that? i do not understan, my EA account has the same email and nickname as my swtor accoungt.

Using the same email on accounts does not create a linkage 

The linked EA account to your swtor account lmlay2ob that EA account uses a fascinate.emltmp.com email address (swtor account has a different email) needs a password reset to fix purchasing on your swtor account

if you do not have access to that email , then call swtor support when the lines are open and update the email on that account

or
If i create new swtor account and new ea account, with the same email adress, will it help?

creating a new swtor account wont fix your old account , there is no need to create a new ea account its pointless
