Sim 4 Xbox Tutorial

Hey! I found a lot of posts for this on the PC game. But not for Xbox One. I’m trying to complete the tutorial, but I can’t get back the “vacation day task” - the phone is greyed out. I’ve tried two different aspiration paths and have tried playing for awhile to see if it unlocks, but neither worked! Any fixes??
