@PoptartJuniper The December update did crash my other profile and I contacted EA and they suggested that my game file was corrupted and to make a new profile and start over. As sad as I was for losing my other progress, I did start over and now it's happening again. For my new profile, I have 2 saves and one autosave. The autosave will make a buzzing noise when it almost loads and crashes, the first save crashes and the second save plays, but crashes usually around Sims birthdays or when I save. The reason why I have 2 different saves is because I thought creating a new save would help.

    @sliceofsugar1993  There have been a lot of users reporting crashing on both PS4 and XBox and save game corruption on XBox. I have reported these issues to the CMs so I am sure they are aware of it. 

    Some users have found resolution in the troubleshooting, but others have not. 

    You can also try saving your game from manage worlds. If your autosave is making noise probably delete it and let the game make a new one. You can also try not loading the autosave (choose load game instead of pressing the play button) and load your last real save when you play.
