    To fix the account issue, You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has been disabled and its data wiped (so it is not the EA account your posting on now)
    The linked ea account used a @BIGPOND.NET.AU email address which is a different email to the swtor email address

    use this link (insert the @BIGPOND.NET.AU email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    when i checked support could not see an email from your yahoo email with the steam purchase screesnhots

    I will send screenshots asap, as I had already logged off by the time I received your reply to my issue and the time difference between Melbourne, AU and the US.  I will do this tomorrow as soon as I login again.  Thankyou for your quick response to this issue.

    I have also reset password on bigpond email and linked my Steam account to the bigpond email.

  • Thankyou for your help.  I finally got around to submitting the 3 I cropped screenshots to support as required, I will keep a lookout for their emails regarding this asap.

    gametime has been added, if not done so yet you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be repurchased when this gametime ends
