Have you cleared cache and reloaded the page?

Have you logged out and back in?

Which browsers have you tried? Personally I use Edge as Safari and Chrome does not work for me

Have you tried Twitter? (link at the bottom of the page)

This is all I can advice you as this is not my area of knowledge

@EA_Cade do you have any other suggestions?

    Yes, I have cleared my cache and reloaded. I have also used browsers that I have never used for this webpage before.

    I have logged out and back in several times. I have also tried submitting a ticket without logging in.

    I have used:

    Edge, Chrome and Firefox on PC,

    Chrome and Safari on Mac,

    Chrome, Google and Safari on iPhone and iPad

    Same behaviour on all - the form scrolls to the top of the page.

    HOWEVER, there was a form field for SFP version with a drop list which doesn't contain the current version of the game (the last version in the drop list is 5.46 but my game is 5.64.0) so I left it with the "-" alternative that was already there. Unfortunately the form gave no indication that "-" was not an approved option and that you have to choose something in the drop list.

    I chose the latest available option and it worked!

    Thank you so much for putting me in the right mindset to solve the issue!

    Ah, yeeees.

    They are slow updating the drop box for versions

    As a rule, choose the latest and in the optional comment box, state the correct version and scold them for not keeping the version box updated 😉
