I have the same problem. I took the reward but the mail quest is not checked. Why?

Hi @shmukitza,
Did you change your device settings? Sometimes it messes up the game mechanics.
Otherwise make sure to have a stable connection when you're retrieving the mail. It might not register correctly if you're offline.
