I did try what you suggested & I have got ahold of EA games support firemonkeys they gotten back to me had me upload my game to iCloud so they could finger out the problem but I'm not suppose to play. I do hope they fix the glitch soon I still need to start puppy quest and don't want the puppy to disappear. 🐱
