@ivyisabelle101  You actually need to download the worlds from the Sims 3 Store site, either from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from their product pages:

Please check both the product pages and your purchase history—for a couple of worlds I own, I can download them from one but not the other.

Also, you should have received a product code for each world in an email confirmation.  You'll need to register these codes on the store site: login with the same email address and password you use in the EA App, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Redeem a Code, and enter each code.

Did sadly not work for me. I bought Dragon Valley Gold yesterday, and it shows up in collection in the EA app but can't download it or use it in any way. It shows no signs of purchase on The Sims 3 Store. Won't show up anywhere really. When i try to use the code, it tells me to use it in the EA website, where it tells me it's invalid :/

@Lillfikon When you install the EA app Origin gets uninstalled. There is a reason for that - EA wants pc users to use the EA app. The EA app does not run on IOS so mac users still need to use Origin (for now?). Open the game using the EA APP. Go to the load game page. Click the three dots in the lower left and click open download dashboard. look for Dragon Valley. This is where all the Sims 3 store items are so there may be more stuff. If you find it click the install now. This will download and install Dragon Valley. Dradon is store content. On the load game page click the + like your starting a new game. You should see Dragon Valley as a world to pick. My Barnacle Bay has been screwed up for a long time and shows as not owned but it play ok. If it works - don't fix it.  For 3 weeks I've had an issue with store items not staying installed after the game is restarted. All work arounds quit working. I finally unistalled the game and the EA app and deleted any left over files. I dii a complete reinstall using only the EA app. My game has been stable now for about 2 weeks.

I figured it out!

Once a store item is purchased through the EA App, You receive a conformation email. In that email you hit the EA Account link. Once taken to your EA account you can hit the "plus" button on you store item and it'll reveal the product code which you can redeem on The Sims 3 Community.
