Re: HELP! Is there any way to still run Sims 3 32bit disc version on a Mac in 2023.
@GlitchGirl1982 No, there's no way to run the Mac version of Sims 3 without having the game in your Origin account. All versions of macOS starting with Catalina (released in 2019) don't run 32-bit apps at all, and the OS hasn't been able to authenticate the discs since El Capitan (2015).
The discs do work in Windows though, if you happen to have access to a Windows PC. You'd need a base game copy released prior to September 2012 and disc copies of all your packs, which it sounds like you have.
You could in theory run Windows on your Mac as well. However, the only option on an ARM Mac is Parallels, which requires a subscription and a standalone Windows key. You could Bootcamp an Intel Mac, i.e. partition the drive and install Windows on one side, but that's not an option on the models with Apple Silicon.
Have you tried going through the account recovery process with EA customer support? If you could prove ownership of the account, a support rep could process a change of email for you. I know that support makes these cases difficult, but it's worth a shot if you haven't specifically requested it already.
