Great news! Alien kids seem to be ok now. Haven't tested other issues.
Children, toddlers or both ?
- Happening to me too. Had a baby age into toddler. Both parents are ginger. He was too when he aged up. I went to change outfits at the dresser and it came out brown. Removed the one item of CC I had. Went back to the save game. Kept going to dresser, kept changing- dark brown, blond, black etc. Currently it's red, not the orangey ginger but the more obviously "red". I'm going to see if I can change it to ginger for good. If not maybe I'll dye his parents blonde and have him blond too.
Just on toddlers (has it's own thread) or also on children ?
- Just with redhead toddlers right now. I did actually notice the other toddler-specific thread. Hope EA address in in the next patch. I've changed the family's hair to blonde, but I miss the gingerness!!
- I know this thread is from a while ago but I’m running into a similar problem.. the game keeps on changing my sim children’s eyebrow color. In my game, my sims had 2 sets of twins And all 4 have had it happen: Their eyebrows would change into anything but their natural hair color (blonde) even tho the check box says set as same as hair color
I had this problem with outdated CC hairs for children. I stopped using almost all CAS CC save for a few brand new items and it was okay. When in doubt, remove all your Custom Hair!
- I’m not using any cc.😞 I did try a few months ago but deleted it almost immediately because I couldn’t get it to work. I only have a mod; MC command
Are they vampires/aliens ?
Nope. Never experienced this before in my years of simming. I don't own the vampire game pack and I have also never tried out playing with aliens. Actually have no idea about this so I'm asking haha. I wouldn't even blame you if you didn't believe me and thought I was messing with you but I wouldn't lie about this. It's driving me nuts. I also tried repairing my game and recently I contacted EA about how my Origin wouldn't launch. Eventually, I got it to work but the eyebrow this hasn't changed.
There's an issue with elder vampire eye brows, hence the question 😉
