[FIXED] Terrain paint changes paint style when opening the lot

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.49.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every game pack, stuff pack and expansion pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening up a saved game when the game is newly launched.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the terrain paint used has changed to different paint or disappeared entirely.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the terrain paint I used still there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I do not use laptop mode. It seems my terrain paint changes colors or disappears when I reopen the game. Moving from lot to lot, it does not change. But when newly launched all terrain paints I've used are different. Example: I used scorched earth terrain in part of a lot an now its mulch. I used sand in the same lot an it's gone. It gets irritating to have to keep redoing it constantly. I do not use mods, just cc. An it's the same whether I have it enabled or not.
