I replaced the dll files and the game successfully launched.

The files that get extracted from the zip file linked above are Windows System files so System File Checker should be able to detect and repair issues with those files.

I have a question for everyone who had this problem. do or have you played SWTOR and had to do replace/add files to let you play it?

No issues with SWTOR.

I am now getting the error  couldn't create a world static vertex buffer  after hitting play and waiting on a ingame loading screen for 1-2min lol.

It may be a conflict with AVG antivirus on my machine, because after i put dlls in system32 AVG threw up almost the same error that titanfall did.. 

I restored the back up dlls and then unistalled avg... then did the dll fix for titanfall again and game now works... but avg won't install... I'll just try a different antivirus for now.

Is there an official place to report this bug? 

I had the SAME exact issue with my titanfall. I pre-ordered/downloaded the game and then when the time came this error kept popping up. I tried all the normal stuff (uninstalling/reinstalling, repairing, system check, etc.) but it was the DLL files that fixed it for me. Thanks a ton for posting this!!!!!
