Re: Wrong ban for coin distribution

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @Gizmo3674.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • Team of the service does not answer me, maybe you can get answers to my questions from them.
    How did it happen that an account on which there are no coins and a single sale brought me 20,000 (player 88 rating) thousand coins that I spent on assembling the SBC, could be banned for distributing coins. And why, instead of banning the transfer market as EA always does, I received a ban on my entire Ultimate Team account. And regarding the fact that the system for issuing bans cannot be wrong, I provide a link to the forum topic.

  • You definitely read what I wrote. All my queries in ToS are answered by a bot. I thought maybe you, as a community manager, could pass on my questions to them (although I know that you don’t decide anything and, like a bot, write only pre-prepared phrases in response).

    As I informed you @Gizmo3674 only our TOS team can assist you.

    And they are not bots, they use templates for consistency but if they deny your ban then it means they have evidence to support your ban.

  • Dear Darko, in the forum thread that I gave there are many examples of how the ban system works. I have been trying to get answers to very simple questions from them for five days now and cannot get an answer. The most important question is why, instead of a ban on the transfer market, I received a ban on my entire ultimae account Tim.   • I apologize for the concern. At the request of DSAR, EA provided me with data on all transactions on the transfer market since the beginning of the release of EA FC 24. And you are really right, ToS has all the evidence that my account was banned unreasonably and ToS’s actions violate the user agreement. A also, all statements that ToS carried out all kinds of checks, including manually, are simply lies. I ask you not to respond to my message. I wish you a good day.
