FC 25 transfer market ban and abuse from EA team
Hi guys.. did you ever had the impression around here that you talk to robots, that no one is willing to listen to your problems or help you? That the team that are in charge of the ban disputes are pure evil and they don't care about you? Well, this happens to me now.
I got banned from the transfer market for making a stupid mistake. I swear I didn't do anything wrong, not selling coins or anything like that and always playing fair. I tried for a week now to create a dispute over the ban. Every single time I was declined, with no arguments, always answers that make you feel you talk to robots instead of humans, and no ability to reply to messages. Just the option of creating case after case, after case.
They say they investigate, but what is there to investigate? I told them from the beginning what happened, word by word. They don't check anything, not even the history of all transactions to see that before there was nothing wrong, only one stupid mistake that is human after all. We all make mistakes. But NO.. they don't care, I think they don't even read what we are sending. Always copy pasting answers to shut your mouth and leave you with no options.
This is a big ABUSE from that team. They are simply not human. EA... what the hell are you doing???

"Hi there guys! First of all I want to say that I really, really want to fix my problem, because I swear to God I didn't do anything wrong and I didn't try to break any rules around here! I just made a stupid mistake that got me banned from the transfer market, and I really need it back to be able to compete in this game with the best, like I always did! I attached 2 screenshots for you to see my playtime hours in the game, bacause I played it from day 1.
I want to assure you this is my one and only account and it would be absolutely stupid from me to sell coins and screw up my account like, I guess, you think I did. I played every single week, a lot of hours, always trying to get better and better and have the best team I can have. But last week, I tried to get a LB player. I bought initialy Dimarco and after a few hours I saw the Nuno Mendes SBC. I sold Dimarco and tried to complete the SBC, thinking it would fit my team better, but it didn't. It screwed my chemistry. Then I thought getting Dimarco again, but while searching on the market, I found Davitashvili, and his stats appeared to me to be better. He was 100.000 coins and the timer was 10 second remaining, and I thought wow. I'm in luck. I bought him and put him in my team. But what a surprise, it screwed my team chem ever worse. Seeing that, i put him on the market, on the same price, hoping someone else will buy him, so I can afford to buy Dimarco again. At that time, it didn't even ocure to me to check his prices.
After around 30 minutes, it passed through my mind to see how with much other players try to sell him. And then I discovered he was max 15.000 coins. I got mad and upset fot being somehow scammed for not paying attention, but I admit it was my mistake, and I quick sold him for 10.000 coins. The next day, when I opened the companion app, I saw I got banned from the transfer market, because more than sure, you or the system, or whoever checks these things, thought I sold my coins, either to other account I may have or to someone. But I swear to God I didn't do such a thing. I just was very, very stupid, a mistake that I will surely not repeat ever again. I will always check prices before and not rush in player buying decisions. To see how my bad luck works, the day I got banned I did some objectives and opened some packs, and won the same Davitashvili player ... I said OMG! This can't be true. Now, at this moment I am writing you, I guess I have him in 2 or 3 copies.
That's why I attached my playtime hours, to see how much I played the game and demonstrate somehow I can't have another account. And also, it would be absolutely absurd from me to sell my coins to someone else. This is the true story and I promise you it was just a mistake, not something made on purpose. I never bought coins from websites like others do, I only bought once from the ps store, from your market. You can check that as well. So that is another argument that this is my one and only account. I don't have that much money to buy coins whenever I want, I only try to to objectives, play how many games I can weekly to get coins, get players, and if they don't fit my team, to sell them on the market. I played this game since Fifa 98, I never ever did anything wrong and for sure I never tried to scam someone or break the rules that you have! So please give me back my transfer market option and unban it, please!"
